KCTek offers a well refined 3 piece weld in dogbone system that allows for proper bolt shanking and greatly increases strength in the event of wheel contact / crash or for hardcore race applications that require positive location of fasteners! From factory, this area’s bolts are prone to loosen and cause major failure of the chassis, radius arms and or radius arm plate. Our products are designed to work together as a complete system. Combined with our race radius arm set 72” (KCTEK-035) and radius arm plate (KCTEK-037) that accepts a FK rod end JMX12T sized rod end giving a major increase in strength from the competitors’ products that are generally supplied with a JMX10T sized rod end will give you piece of mind that our products are built tough. With the dogbones integrated shanking step into the rod end even if 1 of the 6 bolt loosens, all load is placed onto the dog bone meaning potential failure of the bolt should be eliminated and 5 bolts will still be holding the plate in position meaning the radius arm cannot fall out, again allow you to continue your ride or race with confidence failsafe’s are in place to get you to your end destination! Last thing you need is a DNF due to oversights!

Kit comes with an upper, middle and lower dog bone which is welded to the inside of the bulkhead and 6 X SHCS 12.9 M12 X 1.25 bolts, 6 X Belleville washes and 6 misalignments.

CNC Machined in the USA from 1045 steel and misalignments are machined from 303 Stainless.

Supplied with a plate to aid in installation making sure all dogbones are square and fitted correctly.
